The US Supreme Court itself contributed to these riots by refusing standing by a majority of States to open a legal inquiry into the validity of the election process. If every legal avenue of dispute resolution is blocked by those in power, they are inviting attempts at change by other than legal means. Recently in the Murthy ruling the Supreme Court has done it again by refusing standing with regard to a clear-cut case of Government censorship by proxy. The Supreme Court has an obligation to identify just exactly who DOES have legal standing in an instance where they deny standing since they are the court of last resort. So, if States want to cheat in Federal elections - go right ahead. And, if the Federal Government wants to literally pay private companies to censor free speech - go right ahead. The Supreme Court has your back.

If you look at the tapes, Trump did not tell his listeners to march down to capital hill to do harm, in fact Nancy Pelosi admitted she has early warning that the riot was coming & she did nothing to protect the building occupants..

While she was a disappointment on the Murthy v Missouri case her decision in this J6 case was on point. Also, her answer to the "woman" question in the hearings was very clever and revealing.
